Help The Clear Water Zen Center Finish 2023 With A Balanced Budget

A deep thanks to all of our members for recently renewing and in many cases, increasing their pledges to the The Clear Water Zen Center. All of your donations are very much appreciated and keep the Center afloat.

Our first financial goal each year is to have a balanced budget. Unfortunately, we are facing a deficit of $3116 for the year at this point, so if you have not yet fulfilled your pledge or want to make a special donation at the end of the year, now is the time—it would be most appreciated.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, our “rainy day” fund has been substantially depleted and our expenses have increased for rent and insurance, so we want to close the year strongly and be on solid footing heading into the new year. Let’s all step up and finish the year with a flourish.

As a reminder, all donations go directly to The Clear Water Zen Center solely for operating expenses. No salaries or wages are paid to anyone. The center has been managed and maintained by many different people over the years and we plan to keep a place for genuine Dharma practice for many years to come.
